Shipping Rates & Methods
Merchcloud uses United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class and Priority Mail Delivery for domestic and international shipping, UPS Worldwide for international shipping, and offers shoppers the lowest shipping prices available. Shipping on most Priority Mail orders ranges from $7 to $25, depending on the weight of the merch and distance delivered. USPS delivers to all residential and business addresses in the continental U.S. every day except Sundays, including to PO Boxes. We are unable to confirm a time of delivery; however USPS reliably delivers between 8am - 6pm. Customers are responsible for checking that all shipping information is correct during checkout.

Returns and Exchanges
Merchcloud is obsessed with excellence and offers 100% satisfaction plus 100% money back guarantees on all merch within 30 days of purchase with the exception of artwork. If you don’t want the merch, we’ll issue a full refund, and pay for the shipping on returns minus a small restocking fee of $5. Returns for full refunds are contingent upon the merch is in unused, unworn condition. Food cannot be returned. Because there are different circumstances and different scenarios leading to merch returns which involve shipping, please refer to the individual policies below before placing your order. In all cases, contact Customer Care and have your order number ready.
Please note that artwork sales are final, and artwork cannot be returned or exchanged.
Some Merch Has Arrived, Some Hasn’t
Don’t worry! Merchcloud Partners ship merch directly to customers from different locations, meaning that purchasing merch from multiple Partners will result in multiple package deliveries which may be staggered over hours or days.
Overdue or Missing Merch
Merchcloud is not responsible for missing merch delivered to an incorrect address, or merch delivered later than customers expected due to weather or other factors beyond our control. If a package is missing but confirmed to have been delivered, we encourage you to check with neighbors or doormen before contacting Customer Care. Individual mail carriers make independent judgement calls regarding leaving packages unattended at delivery addresses, so in many cases, your package may be located at your local post office.
Wrong Size or Wrong Merch Ordered
It’s vital that the correct merch is ordered, so please double check your cart before checkout. If you ordered the wrong size or item, we’re happy to replace it and ship the replacement merch out the same or next day. Customer Care will provide instructions on how to return the merch.
Wrong Size or Wrong Merch Received
In rare cases, wrong sizes or wrong merch can be shipped out. We’re sorry. Customer Care will provide instructions on how to return the merch, and we’ll ship the correct merch out the same or next day. In these cases, Merchcloud pays for shipping.
In rare cases, merch may not have been produced correctly. We’re sorry! Take a picture and send it to us. We’re happy to replace the defective merch and ship the replacement merch out the same or next day.
